My Design Philosophy

I believe strongly that creativity and beauty requires a human perspective, based on a life filled with experiences. I continue to be inspired by beautiful natural materials, quality craftsmanship, and historical design of all genres. I bring an artists eye for colour, form and proportion to everything I do - along with thoughtful consideration of everyday practicalities.

I love learning about the unique ways clients use their homes, and designing spaces that reflect their values and personality. Your home should be a beautiful backdrop for your everyday life while also bringing you a sense of wellbeing.

As part of your construction or renovation team, I will work with your builder to bring the vision to reality. Facilitating and communicating the many decisions that are required in today’s construction process, and keeping relationships built on trust and mutual respect at the heart of what I do.

I am committed to maintaining my design process without the use of AI, and continuing to support our amazing local suppliers and craftspeople. I personally attend to every step of the process.
