Standard Package

Everything you need to complete a new home or renovation process. From the conceptual phase to completed design. Layout drawings with electrical plan. Elevation drawings limited to feature walls, custom millwork, and tile layouts. Full set of material selections with spec sheets. Site visits and communication with you and your contractor.

Premium Package

Requires a longer design phase pre-construction. Includes everything from the standard package plus: full plan review, complete set of detailed elevation drawings including custom cabinetry and electrical fixture placement, added architectural detail inside and out, sourcing of unique fittings and fixtures. Every detail will be thoughtfully planned to create a truly unique and special home.

Plan Reviews

Review of stock or custom construction plans. Often the realities of living a house are not considered in home plans. When I look at a set of plans I’m thinking about natural light, traffic flow, furniture and kitchen layouts. I’m looking for pinch points and drop zones, wall space, storage, and focal points.

You tell me about how you actually want to use your house, and I can suggest improvements if necessary.
